Terms and Conditions for Online Purchases
These terms apply to tickets purchased online for screenings and events at The Garry Theatre in Selkirk, Manitoba. The seller is The Gary Theatre, operating as The Garry Theatre (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Cine-Manager provides our online ticketing platform.
Currency, Prices and Service Fees
All prices and payments are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Ticket prices and availability are determined by The Garry Theatre.
Applicable service fees form part of the cost of your online purchase. Your order summary identifies ticket charges, service fees, applicable taxes and the total amount payable before you authorize payment.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Payment must be authorized before tickets are issued.
Please provide accurate contact and billing information. If we cannot verify an order, we may contact you for clarification. If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the amount collected will be refunded.
Reviewing Your Order
Before completing your purchase, please check the film or event, date, time, ticket categories, quantities and email address. Keep your order confirmation for reference.
Order Confirmation
Your order confirmation and electronic tickets are sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If you do not receive your confirmation, check your spam or junk folder. If you encounter an error, an interruption or an apparent charge without a confirmation, contact our customer service team before placing another order. We will help verify whether your purchase was completed.
A missing confirmation email does not necessarily mean that a transaction failed.
Electronic Tickets
Tickets are delivered by email. Please print your tickets and bring them with you, unless your confirmation provides alternative entry instructions.
Each barcode or QR code is valid only for the admission purchased. Making additional copies does not provide additional admission. Keep your tickets secure and avoid sharing their codes publicly.
Changes to Your Booking
To request a change of film, date or time, contact customer service at info@garrytheatre.ca at least one hour before the scheduled start time. Include your confirmation number and the change you would like to make.
Changes are subject to availability and confirmation by The Garry Theatre. Any price adjustment will be explained before you accept the change.
Requests received after this deadline are not eligible under our exchange policy. This deadline does not limit any cancellation or refund right provided by law.
Refunds
Except as provided below, expressly approved by The Garry Theatre or required by law, ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are returned to the credit card used for the original purchase. Online purchases are not refunded in cash at the box office. The time required for a refund to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
Cancelled or Rescheduled Screenings and Events
If we cancel or reschedule a screening or event, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
You may accept an alternative offered by The Garry Theatre or request a refund for the affected tickets, including applicable taxes and associated mandatory service fees. We will explain the arrangements when we contact you.
Pricing and Technical Errors
If a material pricing or technical error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Where permitted by law, we may cancel tickets issued in error and refund the amount paid for those tickets, including applicable taxes and associated service fees.
Privacy
Please consult our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, used and protected in connection with your purchase.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available under The Consumer Protection Act of Manitoba or other applicable consumer protection laws. Where a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with these terms, that requirement prevails.
